Files larger than 4 megabytes should be uploaded to our FTP site. You will need FTP client software in order to use this method. Depending on which computer platform you are using, we have two different FTP clients that we recomend that are free to download and use. Enter the following server/login information into your ftp client software:
server address: ftp.sunlitho.net
login/user: sunftp
password: filedrop
As with emailing files, we strongly recomend that you compress all files with Stuffit or Zip them before uploading to prevent corruption which can make your files unusable and cause delays. After your upload has completed, please send an email to Sun's prepress department, and/or your sales rep to let us know the file has been uploaded.
